Solving family issues through Alternative Dispute resolution.
Family Issues Resolution through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
At Helping Heart Family Rwanda, we are committed to building peaceful and resilient families as the foundation of a healthy society. In alignment with national government policies that promote community-led justice and peaceful coexistence, we empower families with the skills and knowledge to resolve internal conflicts through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods.
Our family issues resolution program focuses on:
- Training families and community members in basic ADR techniques such as mediation, dialogue, and reconciliation.
- Promoting communication and understanding between family members to prevent escalation of conflicts.
- Encouraging self-resolution by equipping individuals with tools to handle disputes independently, without necessarily resorting to formal courts.
- Collaborating with local leaders and social workers to offer follow-up support and guidance in conflict resolution.

Together, we are creating homes that nurture understanding, empathy, and mutual respect.
