At Helping Heart Family Rwanda, we believe that education is not just a choice it’s a necessity.
Through our Tumurere Yize Program, we are deeply committed to promoting education, especially foundational learning and life skills, as well as protecting and supporting children’s well-being.
We work hand in hand with parents to support vulnerable and underprivileged children, helping them leave the streets, reunite with their families, and move toward a better, brighter future.
We provide school materials and learning support to make sure children stay in school and continue learning, even during holidays. We also reach out to those who have dropped out of school to help them return and continue their education.
Our mission goes beyond just classroom learning. We advocate for: A safe and supportive learning environment Freedom from violence Mental well-being Sexual and reproductive health education (SRH) We believe that when all these needs are met, a child can learn, grow, and thrive. Together with families and communities, we work to remove the obstacles that keep children from accessing education. We want every child to see learning not just as a right, but as a powerful tool to transform their future
